Yoga Hikes
What better way to enjoy your yoga practice than out in the beautiful setting of our park, surrounded by the subtle and tranquil sounds of trees rustling, birds chirping and the peaceful, strong energy of Bald Mountain!
All levels and ages welcome.
Susan Topf's Yoga Hike balances a mix of hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation. No mat necessary. Please wear weather appropriate clothing to feel comfortable being in a natural setting.
For those familiar with the park, we will most likely be hiking the 2.5 mile Meadow / Hillside Loop with yoga stops in secluded glades, hilltop vistas and tranquil creekside settings. Trail varies on weather conditions and group interest. Cost is $20 for locals including parking if registered online.
