We offer an evening that is off the contrite map of New York nightlife and dining. With education playing a vital role in the evening, we truly ask the guest to rise to the occasion of dining, making the course of the evening an adventure and event not merely another banal social engagement. An element of the cocktail component of the evening shows the guests how the drinks are constructed and what are the crucial elements of making a balanced, interesting drink.
