Fantastic.Z Audition Workshop

Are you ready for your next audition? Theatre Puget Sound's Unified General Auditions are right around the corner. Let Fantastic.Z's Casting and Literary Directors Kyle Baiz and Darren Johnson help you prepare for every step along the way. From critiquing resumes and fine tuning outfits to providing strong, clear direction for your monologues, they will help with any and all aspects of the audition process. All levels encouraged to join. Workshop will be help in TPS's Theatre 4.

Kyle Baiz is currently Fantastic.Z Theatre's Producing Artistic Director. For the past 8 years he has been the Casting Director for Fantastic.Z and has cast numerous productions. As an experienced actor and director himself, he is well versed in the art of the audition from many points of view. In addition to auditing Theatre Puget Sound's Unified General Auditions over the past four years he has seen countless auditions and read stacks of resumes and has a keen eye for what it takes to make a great audition.

Darren Lee Johnson is Managing Literary Director of Fantastic.Z Theatre and has over 8 years of casting experience in Seattle and has attended Theatre Puget Sounds United General Auditions for the past 3 years. He holds a BFA in Theatre with an emphasis on writing and directing from Cornish College of the Arts. His past credits directing for Fantastic.Z include Mallery Avidon's queerSpawn, Losing Lauren by Rebecca Ehlers, and Devil Boys From Beyond by Buddy Thomas.
