VIP 19th Annual Chocolate Festival & Auction to benefit the Donald L. Heiter Community Center
Fundraiser/Ball(adults only please);
Saturday February 4, 2017
This elegant evening event is for people who love events! This fundraiser benefits the Donald Heiter Community Center. Join us for an evening with both a live and silent auction, amateur chocolate competition, professional chocolate displays, and a generous amount of chocolate! Chad Evans will be spinning tunes as our DJ as well as our MC.
Join the Ball at 530pm with VIP Entry. Your VIP ticket includes a separate wine and beer food pairings catered by That Kitchen Witch as well as reserved seating. A limited number of VIP tickets are available at $60 per person or $100 per couple. Or purchase/sponsor a table for $400(seats 8).
Here is the planned menu subject to change...
Appetizer:
White chocolate hummus & a dark chocolate eggplant caponata
served with crostini and roasted veggies with a chocolate-balsamic reduction
1st Course:
Chocolate pasta(TBD)
2nd Course:
Mixed grill chicken, pork & root veggies with a chocolate-cherry sauce and a nut-free cocoa-chile mole
Dessert:
Chocolate pot de crème with a chocolate martini shooter
General admission for the Ball begins at 7pm. The silent auction will run throughout the evening and the live auction will take place around 830pm. General admission tickets include hors d'oeuvres, generous amounts of chocolate, entertainment and a cash bar. Reserved seating is not available. Tickets are $35 per person.
