Introverted Mouth and his best friend Monkey are not on the basketball team but that doesn't stop them from loving the game. As summer begins their excitement soon fades when Monkey's cousin, Jason, arrives in Beijing and stirs trouble with the arrogant captain of the high school basketball team. A fight at Monkey's birthday party motivates the boys to enter the annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament in order to show the world what they can really do. But with family, skill, and romance standing between them and victory, how can they possibly win?
