New Year's Eve Gala for Gally

Join us at IdleYld Lodge on New Year's Eve starting at 9 PM for karaoke, dancing, face painting, door prizes and a ton of fun! All ages are welcome. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.

Proceeds from this benefit will be donated to Gally and her family so they can continue fighting against a disease that has already taken too much from them!

Here is more information about Gally, in case you're curious...

Gally Rust is a local gal from Glide, Oregon. She has survived several injuries throughout her life including being born with her umbilical cord around her neck, being in a car accident that ripped her gums and teeth all the way up into her nose, and having her eye was cut with a knife, an injury that has required several surgeries. Most currently, Gally was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease known as Granulomatosis. The disease causes pain and swelling of blood vessels as well as other tissues throughout her body and is affecting her nose, mouth, ears, lungs, kidneys, and has also taken most of the vision in her right eye.

Gally has dialysis three times a week, for three hours at a time. She has chemotherapy every three weeks, and also sees doctors in Portland every three weeks in an attempt to save her sight. Gally has already endured one spinal tap and lumbar puncture and, it looks as if she may need another.

The travel to and from all of these appointments comes at a great cost to Gallys family, a family living on a fixed income. Lets come together as a community and show our support!
