Jenny Chen and Jiacheng Xiong Duo Piano Recital

At Tippet Rise, we take great pride in offering uniquely intimate concert settings for audiences of fewer than 150 people. To facilitate this vision and allow as many people as possible to experience music at Tippet Rise, each household is limited to 4 tickets per concert for up to a total of 6 concerts for the 2017 Season.
Hearing two pianos play a concerto brings up inner voices and dialogues which are often missed in traditional orchestral accompaniments. Jiacheng Xiong, a student of Robert McDonald at the Curtis Institute of Music, joins Chen for today's performance. Chen and Xiong will play Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Concerto No. 21 in C Major, K. 467 and Franz Liszt's Concerto No.1 in E-flat Major.
