Class I Assessment
We discover how to measure our key metabolic markers via pulse testing, tongue, iris, and sclera analysis. Other methods are saliva ph testing, and orthostatic blood pressure. Then we learn how to check ourselves day to day for improvements.
Class II Nourishing and Building
In this class we explore methods of diet, herbal and food supplementation, and various self-care techniques like pranayama, restorative yoga, and more.
Class III Harmonizing and Balancing
For some, only trying to take building herbs, foods and supplements will not work. Why? Because many of us have gut flora and other imbalances that could be fed before our own tissues, and these need to be addressed along with or before building up. There is a saying in many Healing traditions, "Do not feed the illness a tonic." In this class we explore how to balance our building process, if we need to tear down and build, and how to know what our status is. This is a one-of-kind class, and very valuable insights taken from Craig Lane's health practice of 20 years.
