Brewmaster's Dinner with Societe Brewing
Join us for this unique food and beer experience as Local Habit Chef Nick Brune and Societe Brewing Founders and Head Brewers Doug Constantiner and Travis Smith collaborate to bring you five delicious courses of farm fresh food paired with five unique craft beers from San Diego's best new brewery!
First Course: Shaved Beets with Orange Coriander Glazed Octopus paired with The Harlot
Second Course: Potato Wrapped Pacific Fish with Springhill Chive Butter and Lemon Fritto paired with The Apprentice
Third Course: Eggplant Roulade with Crab, Artichoke Puree , and Thai Basil paired with The Pupil
Fourth Course: Pluot Ravioli with Rabbit Ragout and Rabbit Liver Vinaigrette paired with The Butcher
Fifth Course: Toasted Walnut Custard Cake with California Raisins paired with The Widow
There will be a 6 pm and a 7:15 pm seating for this dinner. You will be asked to specify your seating preference when making a reservation. Reservations are $50 per person, exclusive of gratuity and sales tax. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to the ticket price at checkout.
