North Carolina is home to some amazing artisans, including wine, beer and cheese producers. Join us as we explore the wonderful bounty of North Carolina through a five-course dinner. The menu will feature off-menu dishes designed to highlight North Carolina artisan cheeses and other hand-crafted NC products. Each course will be paired with your choice of wines or beers also made in North Carolina.
