PRO-FAIR 2017 Dinner
The San Francisco Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute proudly presents the 2017 PRO-FAIR event. This invitation-only annual event provides those manufacturer and product representatives who are CSI members and supporters to attract, meet and entertain a select audience of architects, designers, specifiers, consultants and purchasers from the Bay Area AEC community.
This year's setting is the famed Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco. Our hosted reception begins at 5:30p with sponsors and their displays occupying three adjacent areas on the hotel's majestic second floor: the Franciscan and Windsor Rooms and the entire Mezzanine.
Sponsorships are available in the form of Full Table (10-seat) and Half Table (5-seat) and include the indicated number of 3-course dinner seats in the Empire Room one floor above, one display space at the Reception and your choice(*) of 36" round or 30" x 60" rectangular table in your chosen space. Reception choices are made on a second event site that you will be directed to on the last screen of your dinner table registration.

Note that prices shown are PER-SEAT and you will be directed to purchase the appropriate number of SEATS and provide guest name, email addresses and meal selections for EACH seat.
You will be provided email instructions on how to register your guests and meal selections.
When selecting your full or half dinner table, you must select all of your seats at the same table and, if a half table, five adjacent seats (either 1-5 or 6-10). If you select your seats any other way, they will be adjusted by BPT and may be reassigned to a different table.
*There are 50 - 60 reception table spaces (depending on the number of each size/shape chosen), available on a first-come basis. One area can be selected and reserved by using your sponsorship purchase confirmation code on the Reception website; there is a link to it on the last page of registration.
Once the available areas have been reserved, remaining sponsors may conduct promotion by freely circulating in the reception area.
