This concert program explores myth & mysticism, legend & lore, and love & light. The diverse selection of repertoire includes Ola Gjeilos Renaissance inspired Unicornis Captivator, R. Murry Schafers other-worldly Epitaph for Moonlight, and Charles Villier Stanfords sublime setting of The Blue Bird. Other gems include A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square (made popular by The Manhattan Transfer), Artistic Director, Daniel Hughess arrangement of Stephen Sondheims beautiful ballad Send in the Clowns, and a fully choreographed rendition of Harry Belafontes thrilling anthem of life Turn the World Around.
