Payaguala is a stoic but endearing sheep herder descended from the indigenous people of Patagonia (Argentina). When a government program aiming to modernize the distant and isolated countryside with phone and tv service, a far away world suddenly comes to his doorstep. How will his life change? This warm comedy puts us in touch with what life is like when these two worlds intersect.
