"A GEM OF A SHOW" -ChicagoCritic.Com MUSIC MAD is a lively and entertaining musical drama celebrating the life and times of Francis O'Neill, a Chicago policeman who rescued the music of Ireland.
The show is FILLED with traditional Irish music, dance and storytelling and can be enjoyed by the whole family!
Following a streak of SOLD OUT shows in the summer, Music Mad is now establishing an Open Run!
MUSIC MAD actors include: Brett Tewell, Mike O'Brien, Kathy Cowan, Kevin Stark, Tim O'Sullivan, Paul Brennan, Katie Mae Cochran and Irish Step Dancers Stina Taylor, Ciara Kelly or Riley Cohn.
MUSIC MAD musicians include Laurence Nugent who is a World Famous Irish Flute Virtuoso. Mr. Nugent is accompanied by Jim DeWan (guitar and bouzouki) Devon MCabe (fiddle) and Joe O'Regan (bodhran).
This Chicago experience takes place in the dining room and theater of Chief O'Neill's Pub & Restaurant (3471 N. Elston), so you can enjoy a nice cold beverage during the show!
