The Vagina Monologues
Eve Ensler's work "is part therapy, part entertainment, part polemic". Running from September 9th thru October 28, 2012, at theaters throughout the Bay Area, Independent Cabaret Productions and Shakespeare at Stinson will present performances directed by Hector Correa. "If you are "looking for the perfect girl's night out, this is it!".
This three-woman show manages to be feminist without man-hating, entertaining without being trite, and political without being earnest. It's "undeniably fun and surprisingly enlightening".
