Taste Workshop on Bay Area Salumi
Slow Food Berkeley and Cafe Rouge invite you to join us for a taste workshop with the salumieri behind the Bay Area's recent meat-curing renaissance. Fra Mani, Boccalone, Fatted Calf, Oliveto, Eccolo, Perbacco and Cafe Rouge will present and lead a tasting of their favorite salumi: mortadella, salame rosa, porchetta, prosciutto, chorizo, country pate, headcheese and a few surprises.
