Mama Rocks! for the Homeless featuring Folk-Rock artist Ashley Gramins
Mama Rocks! is a Family Rock concert to benefit the Jan Hus Homeless Outreach and Advocacy Program, serving the homeless and working poor in your neighborhood.
URBAN BABY calls Mama Rocks! "as appealing to adults as children"
HAMPTONS MAGAZINE said ""Gramins' soothing clear voice is sure to make even the most 'aggro' tots slowdown and chill out."
The music comes from Folk-Rock artist Ashley Gramins' new CD for moms, dads, grandparents, children or anyone who is thinking about having a child. The songs have a sophisticated sound for adult ears, while keeping the interest of little ears too. Ashley was born into a family of musicians and classically trained. She has performed in musicals as well as dramatic theater, done commercial and voice-over work, and has fronted numerous bands. In New York, she has been a featured gospel soloist with the Metro Mass Choir performing at Town Hall and performed at the finals for FORTUNE Magazines "Corporate Battle of the Bands" at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Tickets for this event are $35 for Adults and $25 for Children. Siblings 12 months and younger are free. Stroller space is limited. All proceeds benefit Jan Hus.
