Fist & Shout: October 12, 2016
Debuting this October, we welcome the autumnal nights with a show full of Queer, Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Comics who will bring all the laughs via standup, music, sketch comedy and other surprises! Introducing Fist & Shout!, an LGBTQ POC focused comedy/variety show, happening every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM! Co-hosted and Co-produced by comedians/performers/babes/besties Marita DeLeon (Intersect Fest, Out & In, Queerz: We're Hilarious!) and Elicia Sanchez (Bumbershoot, Autostraddle, NPR's Latino USA, City Arts Magazine Future List 2016)!

If you have any Queer and/or Trans friends (bonus points if those friends are People of Color) and we know you all SAY you do you know that we are some of the funniest babes around town. Fist & Shout centers QTPOC comics to create a celebratory showcase of all the ways we struggle, survive, and make fools of ourselves on a day to day basis. Come out (get it?) to be around your people and/or support important and necessary voices in our community. This event is 21+ and the venue is wheelchair accessible with an accessible bathroom backstage. Food and beverages (alcoholic and non) will be available through Rendezvous!
