Make Ricotta Cheese At The Cheese Board
Rise of Ricotta:Join the San Francisco Milk Maid for an hour worth of uplifting cheese love. Together we'll wait quietly as a curd mat quivers then suddenly breaks open with steam. You'll learn how to make whole milk and whey-based ricotta, which and how much acid to use, as well as how long it will need to drain. Finally, enjoy tasting your ricotta. The class should take a total of an hour and a half. We will begin to gather around 7:00 and get started at 7:30.
