AUG. 17TH 2012, SloPig is hosting an event at Death's Door Spirits brand new distillery in Middleton WI @ 2220 Eagle Drive, Middleton, Wi. Chef Dan Fox will be roasting heritage hog porchetta and butchering a half hog. The pigs are from Cress Springs Farm in Blue Mounds WI. Kyle Cherek the host of Wisconsin Foodie will be joining us to auction off the cuts of pork from the live butchery demonstration. Chad Vogel will had craft a punch made with Death's Door Spirits that pairs awesomely with Pork! Tickets are $25 WHICH INCLUDES; 1 raffle ticket, porchetta, and punch. Additional cocktails and meat raffle tickets will be available at the event for $5. The event start at 6pm and runs until 8pm.
