Sietsema Orchards Farm to Table Dinner Series

Opening in August of 2012, Saburba is a Chef-driven take-out restaurant featuring "Honest Eats from the Burbs."

Join us Thursday, October 11th for an uncoforgettable evening as we celebrate the Fall harvest amongst the changing colors in the orchard.

All courses will contain Sietesema Apples

1. Roasted Local Cheese with Tomato Jam

2. Kale Salad with Crispy Pig Ears

3. John Cross Fisheries Michigan Whitefish with Apple Butter

4. Braised Oxtail with House~made Gnocchi

5. Saburba~style Donuts
