Apple cider consommé, fried quail, celeriac dumplings
Slow-roasted pork shoulder, barley & black sausage stuffed roasted apple,
Ash-roasted taleggio cheese, grape leaves, chocolate oil
Oloroso sherry flip, quince syrup
