Fall workshop with Resident Artist Barbara Cooper
Resident Artist, Barbara Cooper, will discuss branching systems, growth patterns, and how these patterns are mirrored in nature and other scales. You will then follow Barbara on a walk in the garden to collect fallen leaves and other materials. At the completion of your walk, you will return to the Bloedel Residence and do on-site rubbings or drawings to grow your awareness of forms and structure in nature.
Children 9 years and older are encouraged to join this workshop with an adult.
