Level 3 Class Series: Narrative Improvisation
Comedy makes people laugh, emotions make them feel, but it's the story that gets them hooked. Building on skills gained from Levels 1 and 2, students will learn the art of narrative improv and use it to create a new movie in any style! This class focuses on analyzing genres, team storytelling, plot devices, making memorable characters, pacing, and editing techniques. Level 3 students will perform a graduation show, called B Movie:The Movie!.
Prerequisites: Levels 1-2 or permission of the instructors.
Level 3 is $15 per session, payable at class ($90); or enjoy a discount for paying upfront for all classes ($75).
Classes will be held at techJOYnT in northwest OKC.
Class enrollment is limited to 12 students.
