The Peninsula College Athletic Department benefits from the proceeds of the 5K Fun Run. The run starts at the Port Angeles City Pier, part of the Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival, at 11:00am with an out-and-back course along the waterfront trail in downtown Port Angeles. It is open to all ages and running styles.

The registration fee is $30 through September 30, and $35 October 1 and later. Open registration on race day begins at 9:30am. All of the events proceeds support Peninsula College student-athlete scholarships.

Registrants will receive a gift bag with a t-shirt (register in advance for best selection of t-shirt size and style; availability may be limited on race day), a $4 discount coupon for the crab dinner, a drink ticket good for 1 beer/wine/soft drink, and a free run at the Crab Derby,

Prizes will be awarded in four separate divisions: Under 40/Over 40 Women and Under 40/Over 40 Men. Each winner will receive 2 FREE CRAB DINNERS plus season passes to the Mens/Womens Peninsula Soccer and Basketball 2016-2017 seasons.
