The Jungle Book is the latest addition to IBT for Children -- an on-going series of dance theatre productions created for young children and their families. It is a one-hour performance about friendship, family, and the journey home.
The Jungle Book is original IBT Production based on a collection stories by Rudyard Kipling, and is guaranteed to dazzle young audience members along with those young at heart. A stimulating experience in the magical world of live theater and dance.
Choreography by Vera Altunina and Jerry Tassin
IBT's production of "The Jungle Book" is a professional dance theater production featuring dancers from the International Ballet Academy, the preparatory school of International Ballet Theatre.
This program was created just for kids, moms, and dads to see a live performance, spend time together and share lots of laughs!
Recommended for children ages 5-12. It is presented in 2 Acts with an intermission and runs about an hour and 15 minutes.

International Ballet Theatre for Children
"IBT for Children" is a live performance series designed to promote dance in our community in two ways.
The first is to inspire IBA students in the studio to bring it to the stage by producing their performances in a public theatre with a full production team; marketing, ticket sales, rehearsals, make-up, costuming, lights, sound and an appreciative live audience.
IBT for Children celebrates the experience of dancing as a dancer with a professional ballet company. International Ballet Theatre encourages our young student dancers to believe in themselves, to set goals and do it with confidence. We know that any dancer, who has performed for a live audience, knows the excitement and emotional thrill one gets from the experience.
And second, IBT is proud to continue preserving the art of dance. We want families to be able to witness a professional ballet company and share a casual, yet stimulating, experience in the magical world of live theatre and dance.
