Beer and Grilled Cheese Pairing with Toasty Cheese
This is your chance to learn all about pairing various styles of beer with food and cheese! Dinner will be served in four courses plus dessert. Each course includes one one-quarter sized Toasty Cheese grilled cheese sandwich and a 7 oz glass of the corresponding righteously good beer. Representatives from both Church Street and Toasty Cheese will take you through each course describing the thought and craft that goes in to both the sandwiches and the beer, and why they pair so well.
