Rebirthing, in Brighton
Rebirthing is a breathwork technique that gently helps you move on from the past. You like on a mattress and I guide you into a special breath pattern, with womb sound music playing in the background. You enter a slightly altered state of awareness, it's remarkably simply (even when you think you can't!), and your body begins a natural process of releasing stored up tensions. Sounds and body movements come spontaneously and something you've been holding onto moves out of you. Afterwards you feel more free, like you've been born again.
Please wear loose clothing and bring water if you might need it.
