Happy Hour: Handmade by Chocolopolis
When you're surrounded by this much good chocolate, how can you possibly compete by making your own? While we admit it's a high bar, we like to rise to the challenge. After all, we have some of the most experienced chocolate palates around. Let us show you what we can do with samples of the many wonderful confections and bars made by our CIA-trained (Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park) chocolatiers right here in the Chocolopolis chocolate kitchen.
