On the Edge by Lone Star Wind Orchestra
The final concert of the season will engage the audience with works that tells tall tales and magic myths. The Lone Star Wind Orchestra journeys through the world to amazing vistas and dangerous natural phenomenon. Under the direction of Music Director Eugene Migliaro Corporon, the LSWO will perform Eric Whitacres Ghost Train, and Frank Tichelis Vesuvius, along with the organizations premiere of Michael Daughertys Rio Grande. In addition, the Lone Star Wind Orchestra will feature its percussion section with Nathan Daughtreys Black Rainbow.
