Dr. Shouan Pan's Community Welcome
Join us in welcoming Dr. Shouan Pan, Seattle Colleges new chancellor at a free community welcome held in the heart of Seattles International District at Joyale Seafood Restaurant. There will be a brief program before Dr. Pans meet-and-greet with local API and community members.
