Founded in 1997, Recchiuti Confections is a San Francisco-based, independent artisan chocolate company. Recchiuti makes confections ranging from signature boxed chocolates to a variety of seasonal and specialty offerings.
Michael finds inspiration in the year-round availability of fresh ingredients and exotic, ethnic flavors found in the Bay Area. He is especially fascinated by the way unlikely flavors, typically found in savory cooking, take on new dimensions and depth when combined with chocolate.
Recchiuti's bonbons have been available at CocoaBella Chocolates for several years, and they can be found in CocoaBella's new Best of the Bay collection and on the counter of our Union Street boutique. The Best of the Bay collection brings together bonbons from five of the finest chocolatiers from the San Francisco Bay area.
