Open the Box - An Evening of Opera and Song by The Opera Box
Set in the subterranean shaft of the Brunel Museum Open the Box directed by Mark Burns includes The Telephone by Menotti, Der Wein by Berg, 6 Songs of a Fairytale Princess by Szymanowski and more.
Come along and join The Opera Box experience, one that will plunge the audience in the joy of opera and song. Breaking down the barriers put up by conventional performance spaces, The Opera Box provides an immersive musical experience that will engulf and excite the audience. Featuring sopranos Laura Monaghan and Joanna Foote and baritone Samuel Pantcheff, accompanied by our Music Director Richard Leach, Open the Box promises to be a dazzling evening of opera and song, in one of London's most enchanting and atmospheric venues.
