UPDATED VENUE: Because of the First Church Berkeley fire, the concert will now be held at First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley (2407 Dana St.).
Carl Orff's exhilarating masterpiece remains as potent today as at its first performance 70 years ago. Join the First Church Festival Chorus and Orchestra in an exploration of the pleasures and perils of life viewed through the lens of medieval clergy.
Soloists Cara Gabrielson, Andrew Metzger and Nikolas Nackley will sing the thrilling arias.

First Church is on the south side of the UC Berkeley campus, just west of Telegraph Avenue. It is a few blocks from the Downtown Berkeley BART and is accessible by several bus lines. Some paid parking is available in the church parking lot.
