Meet the Chocolatier: Kathy Wiley of Poco Dolce
Come meet Kathy Wiley, owner and chocolate maker at Poco Dolce. Learn about her company and approach to chocolate making and enjoy a tasting of her chocolates including those that are part of the new CocoaBella Chocolates Best of the Bay collection.
Poco Dolce (meaning "not too sweet") was founded in 2003 by Kathy with a mission to "stay on the savory side of sweet" while using simple, fresh, all-natural ingredients.
Poco Dolce's tiles are new to CocoaBella Chocolates and they can be found in CocoaBella's new Best of the Bay collection and on the counter of our Union Street boutique. The Best of the Bay collection brings together bonbons from five of the finest chocolatiers from the San Francisco Bay area.
