Great Rivers Environmental Law Center's Eleventh Annual Awards Celebration
Join us on a showboat replica on the banks of the magnificent Missouri for the presentation
of the Lewis C. Green Environmental Service Awards
to this year's recipients: Just Moms StL & Coldwater Creek - Just the Facts Please.
We honor these groups for their commitment to the protection of the environemtnt and and their hard work in exposing the dangers of World War II-era radioactive waste disposed of in or near Coldwater Creek and West Lake Landfill.
Enjoy an evening on the legendary Missouri River while supporting our efforts to protect our natural resources- and, should the spirit move you, you can go ahead and dip your toes in the wide Missouri!
Sip a cocktail and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and good company to the tune of live ragtime music from the showboat. Peruse a unique silent auction and enter for a chance to win fun and delicious raffle items.
No high heels allowed at this event! Please come hungry!
