A Gun Show
In the wake of the unfathomable school shootings in Newtown, CT, members of So Percussion along with collaborators theater artist Ain Gordon, and choreographer Emily Johnson, teamed up to investigate the history of American gun manufacturing and the impetus for the right to bear arms. A Gun Show weaves music, text, and movement to explore guns and the culture they create in this stunning new work.
