"The Coarse Actor Rises!" by Kurt Kleinmann
Take a group of deadly serious actors with varying degrees of ineptitude. Throw in all sorts of mistakes, miscues, and mayhem, and you end up with a hilarious evening of goofs, gaffes, and guffaws! And the actors forge ahead, secure in the knowledge that the audience won't notice a thing. The Coarse Actor Rises! by Kurt Kleinmann is inspired by the book, The Art of Coarse Acting by Michael Green. It's a celebration of inept but terribly earnest theatre at its finest!
Presented in two acts with a 15-minute intermission.
