Sakamai Sake Class
Our intro class is taught by Miss Sake USA 2016 and International Kikisake-Shi (Sake Sommelier), Jessica Joly, in a relaxed style. We cover everything from the history of sake to how sake is made; what to taste for when trying sake, how to select sake based on its label, and how to compare the major styles. Six tastings will be offered and accompanied by light snacks.
