On November 26, 2016, Place des Arts film arts teacher and actor Peter Grasso (directed by Michael Fera) performs works by Samuel Beckett for the Faculty Performance Series.
"Krapps Last Tape" is the outrageous title of an outrageous play. Imagine! A feeble, nearly blind and deaf, solitary and half-drunk man crouching in a squalid room, subsisting on bananas and playing to himself old tape recordings of his own voice. Is this theatre? Yes, it is Beckett!
Vancouver actor and Place des Arts film making instructor Peter Grasso will bring to life the words of playwright Samuel Beckett in "Krapps Last Tape." The evening will also feature Beckett's early work, "Breath."
