Excess stress may lead to a wide array of illnesses and impact our enjoyment of life. Learn about herbal remedies that can help relieve stress and maximize well being. This class will include indoor lecture, hands-on crafting of herbal remedies, and, weather permitting, time spent outside with medicinal plants.
There will be a $5 materials fee, payable to the instructor in class.
