Fermentation & Clean Eating with Gabriel Balderas
Slow Food is again partnering with local clean eating guru Chef Gabriel Balderas of El Cabo Verde to dive deeper into fermented foods, a follow-up to our intro class last year.
Chef Gabriel will offer a fermentation/clean eating talk and demonstration and will prepare a "tasting bar" to try different fermented foods. Beverages will also be served.
General Admission tickets are $30, Slow Food Member tickets are $25 (must be current on your dues to Slow Food USA; we will send discount password to your email on file). There are limited tickets available and sales are online only, so do not wait too long to purchase your ticket!
The event takes place at Chef Gabriel's private kitchen located at 4726 E. Texas (next to Shane's Seafood)in Bossier City.
