Christine Bonansea is a multi disciplinary performer artist and choreographer. She studied in France Literature at the University La Sorbonne, pursued her training in a National dance school where she got the national Modern dance graduation. Selected in National Choreographic Dance Centers with Catherine Diverres, Regine Chopinot (ENMD), Mathilde Monnier (Exerce 99) she completed her research and explored visual arts as well as physical performing techniques. She's been challenging the dynamics of live performance within the diversity of environment that she experienced internationally over the last 15 years as an interpreter and choreographer.

NO Exit is a multimedia study of a codependent triangular relationship - reminiscent of Jean-Paul Sartre's play of the same name - where three individuals test the limits of their own bodies and of time as they torment and abuse each other. The piece explores the struggle we face in the physical and temporal limitations that mark the human condition
Visuals and hair sculptures define a surrealistic world, instable, source of alienation, where to unload their embodied burdens on each other, and thereby escape the containers of their own bodies in time and space. These three individuals are bound to suffer more as they find themselves surrounded by glaring, unforgiving reflections of their own cruelty.

The dynamic of the relationship keep changing all along the piece and the discontinuity of the structure challenges identities, notions of cause, effect, progress, or destiny. They are no longer individuals; they only exist through a mutual addiction stuck in an immutable state.
