Talk Show Live: San Francisco
San Francisco is full of folks with great stories to tell, and Talk Show Live: San Francisco matches them up with the audiences who want to hear them.
Once a month at the historic Purple Onion night club, host Kurt Bodden, a comedian and improvisor, interviews the most intriguing people in town: performers, authors, business owners, politicians, artists, chefs ... people with something to say to a live audience. Our live band plays before and after the show, so guests and audience members can meet each other over drinks, music and conversation, making Talk Show Live much more than just an evening out.
This month's guests:
- Brian Backus, co-owner of SF's unique tea liqueur distiller, Qi Spirits
- Gyongy Laky, sculptor and visual artist
- Jeffrey Hartgraves, playwright/actor/producer
- Plus our live house band, powerhouse gypsy jazz combo Cafe Americain!
