Cinco De Mayo Beer Dinner

We've got something special cooking up this Cinco De Mayo. Cochinita Taco Co.(the new project from our friends at Community Tavern) and 5 Rabbit Cerveceria are working with us to bring you this exciting upcoming event!

This spectacular beer dinner will take place outside and will be hosted by Chef Joey Beato and 5 Rabbit brewmaster John J. Hall (formerly of Goose Island). As Joey brings out each course John will introduce each beer pairing and briefly go over the awesomeness of pairing delicious craft beer with food!

Chef Joey Beato of Cochinita has put together a fabulous menu for everyone!
course 1
elotes - poblano mayo/cotija/house chili powder/cilantro

course 2
cochinita salad - roasted corn and poblanos/achiote dressing/quso fresco/grilled chicken thigh/pickled red onion/pepitas/sesame seeds

course 3
cochinita pibil tacos - queso fresco/citrus glaze/radish slaw/red onion/cilantro

course 4
horchata rice crispies - dulce de leche caramel

This will be a ticketed event with only 40 seats available.
