Carlson School China Executive MBA program alumnus Eric Jing (MBA '05) is the President of Ant Financial Services Group, a subsidiary of Alibaba based in Hangzhou, China. Eric is a transformational business leader in China. During his visit, Eric and Carlson School leadership will be making an exciting announcement around our business education programming involving China.
Alibaba is a leading online and mobile marketplace, leveraging innovation and technology to grow into the worlds largest retailer with annual sales approaching $500 billion. Founded in 1999 in Hangzhou, the Alibaba Group has a market value is over $200 billion and holds the record for largest IPO in history.
Ant Financial Services Group, Alibabas finance affiliate, operates an online payment platform and provides a range of financial services and products to businesses and consumers, serving more than 450 million users annually. Formerly known as Alipay, Ant Financial Services was founded in 2004 and is valued at over $60 billion.
