beer pasta ravioli | hopped chicken liver mousse | lemon chips
American Brown Ale (5.4%) - Light brown in color with a medium body and malty sweetness, this drinkable ale has the toasty flavors of chocolate and caramel complimented by moderate hop citrus fruit.

grits, scallops, & shrimp | beer bread croutons | black tobiko
Saison (6.9%) - With a soft malt character, pale straw color, and fruit flavors of pineapple, lemon and citrus, this saison has a dry, peppery finish.

Chocolate cake ice cream | coffee caramel | ganache crumbs
Milk Stout (6%) - Dark and delicious, with a smooth, full body, this creamy stout is sweet on the pallet. With the aroma of dark, roasted grain and the flavors of chocolate and cream, it's like drinking a sweetened espresso.

About the brewer:
Doug Buddle is an accomplished home brewer with over 25 years  experience and numerous awards and accolades, in both local and regional home brew competitions.

Dougs love of beer started when he purchased his first home-brewing kit. That first batch was pretty bad (though he drank it all!), he was determined to learn the art and science behind the brewing process.

He loves brewing all types of beer, but focuses on Belgian styles and hop-forward American ales.

When he isnt brewing or drinking beer, Doug is researching recipes and dreaming about the next beer/brewery focused family vacation.

Doug is currently developing a business plan to open a local brewery where he can share his finely crafted beer with others.
