ERUPTIONS is an empowerment through dance course developed by sensual dance transformation coach,speaker and writer Rashida KhanBey. An eruption is the act of a womyn moving uninhibited by fear in her mind and body in order to reconnect with her most Divine expression of self.
In the ERUPTIONS course you will indulge in a powerful blend of Afro Brazilian Dance, Yoga, Ballet and Modern. This intense combination creates a sensual dance experience for womyn that guides us to: -releasing tension from the body -reconnecting with the power in our hips -sculpting the core muscles -moving freedom,strength,fire and confidence!
