Amy Goodman Talk and Book Signing FRESNO APRIL 29 7 PM
AMY GOODMAN, host of radio and TV show DEMOCRACY NOW! has a book celebrating the 20th anniversary of the show. She will be our guest at a talk and book signing to benefit KFCF-FM.
The event will be at main sanctuary at The Big Red Church (First Congregational Church of Fresno) at 7 PM on Friday, April 29th. The church is at 2131 Van Ness Blvd between Weldon and Clinton Avenues.
Tickets are $15 advance and $18 at the door. Copies of her new book "Democracy Now!:Twenty Years Covering the Movements Changing America" will be available at the event for purchase.
The book was written by Amy Goodman, David Goodman, and Denis Moynihan. Amy and Denis will be at the event.
