This program has been created so that you can be nurtured and supported in cultivating the expertise that it takes to sustain and maintain our bodies at our optimal level of health and balance.

The AMP is a 12 week course that will be presented in a virtual classroom that supports each student no matter where they are in the world! You will receive interactive content each week as well as having access to the Master Teacher throughout the duration of the program.
